How to participate:
1) Purchase any Bertolli Olive Oil/Vinegar products with minimum spend of RM20 in a single receipt.
2) Fill in your personal details and answer a simple questions.
3) Mail in the entry forms with original qualifying receipts attached to Deoleo (South East Asia) Sdn Bhd. Receipts must be dated between the contest period, 1st August to 30th September 2015.

Terms and Conditions:
1) This contest is organized by Deoleo (South East Asia) Sdn Bhd (“Deoleo”) and is open to all Malaysia residents except employees and immediate families of Deoleo, advertising agency and participating supermarkets.
2) Contest period is from 1st August – 30th September 2015.
3) All completed and correctly filled up contest forms together with the original receipts (proof of purchase) are to be submitted to Deoleo not later than 1st October 2015. Deoleo reserves the right to reject any contest forms where such forms are not done in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein.
4) Multiple entries can be submitted. Each entry form must be attached with original receipts.
5) Only original entry forms will be accepted. Any incomplete entry forms or forms without original receipts will be disqualified
6) Notice & Consent on Data Protection Act
Any personal information sent to Deoleo are according to The Personal Data Protection Act 2010. By providing your contact details, you consent Deoleo and/or its authorized agent to use, collect, store and/or distribute such information solely for the purpose of this contest.
7) Winners will be notified by post to the address you have provided on the contest form. Deoleo does not assume any responsibility for any errors in the address you have provided.
8) Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
9) In the event of any dispute, Deoleo’s decision relating to the contest and prizes will be final.
10) Deoleo reserves the right at all time and without any liability to you to (a) vary, add or remove any of these terms & conditions and (b) terminate the contest.
