Untuk part 5 ini, Mommy kongsi 5 lagi resipi dari album Kongsi Resipi Homemade Food for HDAE.

Sumbangan Puan Nurish Hafiz

Macaroni Cheesebfast : macaroni cheese+vege+extra virgin oil
Stew
lunch : stew kacang dhal + udang + vege + extra virgin oil

Sumbangan Puan Ct Sweetie

Nasi goreng udang garlic with vege plus grated cheese
Umur : 1 tahun ke atas

Resepi
ketuk bwg putih pastu cincang halus, bwg holand cincang dadu(nama pun ns goreng udang garlic so garlic kena lebih la kn hikhik)
udang kopek kulit bersihkn buang tgh.
Nasi putih or nasi brown, lada sulah optional tp sy letak.
Telur sebiji, carot hiris pjg2 halus2, kcg buncis hiris halus, daun sup hiris halus2.

Ok panaskn unsalted butter or olive oil (sy pkai unsalted butter – tumis bwg putih+bwg holand jgn smpai hangus msuk udang msuk sayur sume agak da lembut sayur pecah telur letak sikit serbuk lada sulah then msuk nasi gaul sebati.
Da siap nasi letak dlm plate tabur grated cheese siap.

Chicken Shepherd’s Pie
Age: above 1yr old

Bahan-bahan :

potato (boiled and mashed with pinch of pepper, milk and unsalted butter)
chicken/meat (diced/minced)
onion (diced)
garlic (grated)
carrot (diced)
celery) (diced)
tomato (diced)
ground black pepper
olive oil

Cara memasak / penyediaan :
heat nonstick pan with olive oil. saute onion and garlic till brown. season with black pepper. add carrot, celery and water. cook till tender. add tomatoes.
pour mixture into casserole/foil cup, top with the mashed potato. (may sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese) bake for 5mins.

Aiskrim dragonfruit dan kiwi
Age: above 1yr old
Bahan-bahan :
dragonfruit
yogurt
madu
kiwi (dihiris)

Cara memasak / penyediaan :
kisar dragon fruit, yogurt dan madu bersama sedikit shj air. tapiskan supaya tidak terlalu banyak biji. hiriskan kiwi dan susun di dalam acuan. Tuangkan jus yg telah dikisar ke dalam acuan. bekukan

Spiral with salmon and pumpkin sauce Age : above 8-10mths

Bahan-bahan :

spiral pasta
pumpkin (boiled, drained, mashed)
salmon (diced)
cauliflower, asparagus (diced)
olive oil
onion n garlic (blend/chopped)
mixed herbs
cream cheese

Cara memasak / penyediaan :
heat nonstick pan. add olive oil, saute onion n garlic. season with mixed herbs. add salmon, cauliflower n asparagus. add pumpkin, cheese and water.. simmer to thicken sauce.. toss spiral pasta with sauce.. ready to serve.. (may garnish with shredded cheese)
